We had a wonderful stay with Massimo, very clean and all was great. A beautiful view around the region with seasight as well as the big mountains. The house was clean and big eniugh to suit the 4 of us. With the 2 persons bed below and a bed above in the same room you can have 3 people in 1 room. The smaller room with the smaller bed has the place for a forth person.The pizzaoven is great, and having a decent washing machine is a must for a family. Well worth the stay!With Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio and Florance nearby, you're well positioned in the region. We even did 2 days of Rome from here.

This was the second time that we went to this house and we had a very nice stay. The house is up in the hills, but it is surrounded by nature, and it is very quite and peaceful. The garden is very very big and is completely fenced in, which is a bonus for those who have a dog just like we do. We did some hiking with our dog and enjoyed the view down to the city.Within 30 minutes we were at the sea.The landlord is very nice and attentive.We can really recommend this place.

We hsve stayed 1 week, and enjoyed it very much. The land-lord was very nice and attentive! The house is way up in the back-hills, ca 30 minutes distance from the sea. The drive up to the house is quite adventurous with many serpentines to drive. So, you better do your shopping before you drive up to the house. But we liked it very much. It is very quiet, there is a fantastic garden which is very big, so, it was also perfect for our dog. We did some nice hiking immediately starting from where we stayed. We can very much recommend this house.

Tolles komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück. Für unseren Hund (20kg) und uns sehr entspannend. Im Haus waren an jedem Fenster Moskitonetze vorhanden. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Auch Grillen und Pizza backen hat gut funktioniert. Für italienische Verhältnisse gute Erreichbarkeit des Objektes auch mit größerem Auto problemlos. Sehr netter und fürsorglicher Vermieter, mit dem man sich gut in englischer Sprache verständigen konnte. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.
