The perfect getaway on the Cape in East Falmouth! Spend your summer vacation in a beautiful pond-side setting surrounded by all the comforts of home. Take our kayaks out on Great Pond across the street for a paddle or spend the day at one of the many Falmouth beaches. When you're hungry, head to Rte 28 or downtown Falmouth (10 min away). Cap your day off with an evening on the porch around the fireplace listening to the seagulls and ducks call to each other. We hope you'll enjoy your stay!

We had a blast!! Such a great location central to town, grocery stores, beaches, etc. We made great use of the kayaks at the little inlet that we were able to walk across the street and access. The place was nice and comfortable, and we loved the big basement with the pool table and dart board and the grill and fire pit outside. Would 100% recommend this house, especially for people with dogs.

Overall impression was good. Inside of the house was very clean. The outside deck could be cleaner as movement of furniture disclosed buildup of debris. Trash cans were gross. Part of the weekly maintenance should be rinsing these containers out as they presented a foul smell and bugs. A beach pass would be nice as renters should not be required to pay for the beaches.
