Sweet Baby James: Amazing Carillon Beach House, Each Bedroom is Ensuite

This grand, newly constructed Southern beach home with dramatically high ceilings and three private bath king bedrooms, including a first floor master suite, is positioned picturesquely on Carillon Avenue in the center of Carillon Beach and will soon become a sought-after Carillon Beach vacation rental home. Countless beach memories await as you vacation in “Sweet Baby James,” a well-appointed home featuring an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, bunk room, 4 ½ baths and stately sweeping double-loaded porches, just right for the perfect family gathering.

Walk-over #3 is where you will find a complementary lounger - 2 chairs with two pads and one umbrella set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Additional chairs may be procured through the on-site beach service. Beach towels are provided for our guests.

Sweet Baby James is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $37.50/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30.
