Beautiful condo in Punta Vista 1. This 3 bedroom unit is right on Punta De Mita beach!
Punta Vista is walking distance from Punta Mita town, the restaurant row and all new boutiques. You can also find the best surfing spots in the Banderas Bay just minutes away. After a fun day, fall in love with the Mexican sunset from it's spacious balcony.
The Space:
We include concierge services before and during your stay, they can help you with whatever you need:
-grocery shopping
-reservations (restaurants, airport transportation, boat tours, massages, etc)
-renting paddle boards, surf boards, etc..
This unit the cleaning service is only IN /OUT. In case you need more days, the service is avialable with an extra charge.
The maximum occupancy of this unit is 6 guests (regardless of the age) with no exceptions. Failure to comply with this rule is grounds for cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Getting Around:
Our concierge will be happy to assist with golf cart rentals for convenient transportation around town, as well as rental car arrangements for exploring nearby towns and attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Guests at Punta Vista enjoy secure pedestrian access to Punta Mita’s vibrant restaurant row. Just a 5-minute walk to top local restaurants, shops, cafes, and beach activities—everything you need is right nearby.

We’ve stayed in the condos along this road many times. Amazing views, pool right next to beach. The concierge service experience was new for us. Very helpful. Arranged ride to and from airport. Our child got sick and our contact was available on a Friday night to get us ride to local emergency room- amazingly helpful. He was easily accessible by text or what’s app. We had them do the grocery shopping so we didn’t have to when we got there. Allowed early and late check in which was amazing! Kitchen items could be coordinated/ updated but not a big deal- had everything we needed.

We had a really nice time at the condo. Great balcony with amazing ocean views. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Nice set up with pool chairs overlooking the beach. Very close to a good restaurant and a short walk to others.
