This is our second time staying in this Villa. The view from the patio is fantastic and very relaxing. You are just a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, shopping, and many nearby restaurants.
We hope to be back very soon.

Condo was nice with great view and next to one of the best restaurants on the strip. The rooftop pool and bar are great features. It would have been nice to have some coffee in the place and there were no beach towels (it turns out they were left in dryer). The property manager welcomed us with some awesome guac and chips when we arrived.

We had a really lovely time at this property it was extremely close to the St. Regis which is where a number of our friends were gathered for a wedding! Loved the restaurants nearby!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are even better than they look in the pictures! The location is perfect in the center of everything in Punta de Mita. The condo bedding, sofas, and day lounger were all very comfortable and the property manager was very accommodating. Would stay again.
