BEAUTIFUL 3000 SQUARE FOOT BEACHFRONT CONDO IN PUNTA MITA!!!
As close as you can get to the water's edge is where you will find this large modern Condo. With amazing floor to ceiling glass doors to open up the entire space you feel as though you are living on top of the water. Enjoy indoor outdoor living with a huge patio to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset! The Large master suite has a king bed with large walk-in closet and the bathroom boasts a shower over looking the beach. The second Master suite also has a king bed, private balcony and private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom as well. As you lay relaxing on the daybed or walking along our sandy stretch of beach, you will experience something unique and different. The 12 unit building allows you the privacy you want on a vacation, and the 24 hour security gives you the piece of mind to relax and enjoy. We are walking distance to all of the great restaurants in Punta Mita and a couple will even deliver pool-side. We know you will love our little sliver of paradise as much as we do, and make Punta Mita a regular destination. We are on the 5th floor with 180 degree views of sand and water. We take great care in choosing everything from our dishes to linens to ensure that our guests have an amazing holiday. We have apple TV in the 2 master suites and blue tooth Bose speaker for music. Our group of 3 adults and 1 baby loved this condo’s view of the beach and bay, and everything else about it. Michael was extraordinarily easy to deal with and responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. The town of Punta de Mita is charming and offers much to do and see as well as dining options galore. The nearby area is interesting if you choose to explore. It also did not hurt that the weather was perfect every single day. Will return for sure!

This is a great property. It’s high up in the building so the views are fantastic. The pool was not crowded and its feet from the beach. The house is close enough to the town that you can walk the beach and eat at the higher end restaurants. This unit is not in the “gates” which was fine for us. It gave the overall experience a more authentic feel.

Beautiful property on a lovely beach! Michael was friendly and responsive if we had questions. The condo is large and comfortable, and the walk into town for dinner was easy! Great pool with lots of space and chairs. Silvia was friendly and helpful and made the place spotless! Taxis were easy to find or contact through What’s App. Michael’s place has everything you need to relax and enjoy Mexican life. We’ve stayed in the area many times and love it more with each visit. We will be back!

3rd time staying and it never disappoints.Fantastic layout. Responsive owner and staff. Plenty of room, phenomenal views. Can't go wrong.
