LINENS INCLUDED! Come stay at this lovely, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor (not ground level) condo at the beautiful St Regis complex. St. Regis has it all... Oceanfront, Swimming pool, grilling areas, sport courts, fitness center, playground and game room.
Beautifully decorated and smart keyless entry, this spacious open unit allows for everyone to gather together. From the fully equipped kitchen , large dining table for family meals or games and the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating.
Unit sleeps 7 when utilizing the sleeper sofa. Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area. Master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with additional twin bed. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit too!
Enjoy relaxing on the oceanfront balcony with views of the ocean and pool. Balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room.
St Regis complex is not pet friendly, service dogs must show state registration as a service dog and guest must get a 45$ pet permit from St Regis. Must be service pet not support pet.
Feel the stress melt away as you stroll the white sand beach of North Topsail Island. And at the end of the day, Watch the sunset and leave your worries behind!

Me and my wife went for a quick weekend getaway since we haven’t had a vacation all year, and it was wonderful! The room was beautiful, well kept, and very clean! I’m normally one that’s iffy about staying at other peoples homes/condos, but not here! The room felt like home, it was peaceful, and I didn’t have to worry about bed bugs or anything because of how clean it was!
We will definitely be staying here again!!

The condo is in a great location. Easy access to outdoor pool, beach, and gym. Indoor pool is under construction or closed - it’s just roped off. The condo is very spacious, the beds are comfy. With all these good things being said, we had to find another rental due to a few bad things. We stayed one night out of our 3 nights. The smell when we went in was not pleasant. We opened the doors to try to air out the condo. We also went and bought air fresheners. There was mold in a few of the sinks. The patio furniture was covered in dust(not pollen) and a good bit of mold, we tried to clean them, we eventually just gave up and didn’t use them. The slide out doors were also very thick with dust and mold. The master bedroom does not have any lights, only two small lamps, also the towels given were sour we had to wash them before we used. My daughter has asthma and had a reaction in the middle of the night while at the condo. Luckily we had family staying near by so we took Her there to stay. Next day we found a different rental. My daughter was fine once we removed her from this condo. I reached out to Beth with my issues, who was very quick to respond. Unfortunately nothing was done. I took several pictures of the issues but not able to post them to the reviews. Beth was very pleasant and very easy to work with. She stated the condo was recently painted maybe that was the smell, and pollen count was high so maybe that was the asthma issues.
