We stayed for a fishing week, kept the boat at the marina and was awesome to be walking distance to get on boat everyday. House was bigger than expected, loved it, we will be back!

Spacious clean house, located right next to marina. 3 minutes to hop into the boat (rental or bring your own), and also just a few minutes drive by car to topsail beaches. View onto the marina fuel tanks is admittedly of questionable beauty, but does not really matter that much when recovering from a beach day in the nice cool house.

The house location is good for launching a boat and fishing
The house was spacious and can accommodate
The number of people listed however has several safety and cleanliness concerns. No smoke detectors were in evidence and the deck railing was very wobbly and unsafe. Master bath was very old and dated and dark, never did get hot water there. Kitchen was not well
Stocked with pots/pans or eating utensils. Beds were uncomfortable. Everything seemed overused - saw a few roaches We left a day early.
