Don't be fooled by this modest-looking beach home. Once you step inside you will love the spacious floor plan and lively décor. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for whipping up all your favorite meals and snacks, as well as all stainless steel appliances. Gather around the large, inviting sofa for games and conversations, or to stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV.
The enclosed deck offers comfort and great breezes while avoiding too much sun or rain, and the balcony is the perfect spot to soak up some rays in style with beautiful views of the marshland. You'll appreciate the horseshoe driveway and spacious yard for playing games.
You're just a short walk to the beach at the end of the road and the beginnings of endless hours of fun in the surf and sand. Just a few blocks away within walking distance is a Tiki bar for meals and fun, as well as a short drive for dining al fresco and live music.
Once you take the Bait, you'll never want to switch!

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two outdoor cameras. One is in the rear of the house next to the bench swing in the driveway. The other is on the front of the house on the second story looking down on the driveway and deck area. These cameras are used for security purposes and monitoring of public spaces only. Both devices are visible and do not cover areas with a reasonable expectation of privacy (such as bathrooms, bedrooms, or common areas used for sleeping).
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house and amenities were adequate for 4 adults and 3 kids. Thankfully the house was on the beach and the breeze was always blowing. When we got there the AC was not working and the house was 94 deg at 9 pm at night. We got the house cooled off enough to sleep. Contacted Vacasa and I had to have 2 separate conversations. One with their corporate office, which seemed really out of touch, and One with the local office. Once I got to the local office they all seemed nice and helpful. We checked in Sat evening and the AC wasn't fixed until Wed. Over all the situation was resolved but only because I kept pressuring them.
