About this house rental
Welcome to your beautiful Home Away from Home! Located just five miles to the Disney property, this lovely and spacious home is the perfect retreat for your family during all your theme park adventures!
Before you read about the features of this house, let's face the obvious: there are hundreds of houses in the Kissimmee/Orlando area with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Why should you rent this one? Consider the features of this house which are difficult to find in any other single home: 1) A salt chlorinator resulting in less chlorine smell and gentler on your skin. 2) Pool safety rails for the spa and pool to help you in and out. 3) A fully fenced grassy area outside of the pool cage for your pets. 4) Motion detector lights for the backyard and pool. 5) Carpet in the living area and one of the master bedrooms - your feet will thank you after a long day in the theme park. 6) The kitchen cabinets have 12 pullout drawers, and a corner cabinet has a Lazy Susan. 7) The house is within 5 miles of Disney, 13 miles from SeaWorld, and 18 miles from Universal Studios Orlando.
Add to these pluses the fact that the property manager said this is his 2nd favorite pool of all the properties he manages (currently 40+. An overhead view on googlemaps shows the pool is bigger than many others nearby).

This modern-decor, one-story home has plenty of space for your family and friends. Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests, including two master bedrooms with ensuite baths and private entries to the lanai. Each master has a king size bed. The screened-in pool is newly resurfaced and faces southeast for great sun exposure! We can heat the pool & spa for you and accommodate your pets for an additional charge. Don’t miss the attached spa hot tub and plenty of lounge seating when you want to relax.
The garage is a game room with ping-pong and an electronic dart board.
Make yourself at home! We have a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious dining areas, and a large main living area equipped with a 55-inch HD TV. We also include free high-speed WiFi. Do laundry in our full-size washer and dryer. We also provide a complementary organic brand travel size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each bathroom.

Our community of Indian Creek is secluded but also central to all the magic of Orlando. The neighborhood includes two playgrounds with tennis court, putting green, basketball court and a soccer field. See how close we are to the most popular Orlando attractions!

We booked this house for a short (4 night) family stay. We had 6 adults, and kids aged 7,4,22 months and 4 months. There was plenty of space for everyone. All adults had their privacy as did the kids! The pool was AMAZING and the kids even asked to leave Seaworld at 2pm so they could go swimming. We would stay here again! 3 miles to walmart and 30 minutes to the airport were huge benefits!

Check-in was simple as well, which is a plus when driving 15 hours from New Jersey. The house was comfortable for our family of 8 and 3 dogs. The dogs really enjoyed the backyard. Upon arrival we noticed and picked up a few piles of dog poop from the yard that weren’t ours. We were thankful for the large refrigerator because we needed all the room for groceries. We paid for the pool heat and were happy we did, the spa was perfect! There were a few negatives. The brown sofa could probably be replaced because it is worn and kinda felt like we were sinking in it. A few of the beds were a little worn as well and creaky. So upgrades on a few of the mattresses might be needed. We did notice walking into the home it smelled of wet dog. I assumed that since it was a dog friendly house and it was raining that it was because of that. I have one suggestion to help with the issue is to remove the carpet. After checking out I was told that dirty paw prints were on a few comforters and smelled. The backyard has black dirt. The dogs came in and jumped on the beds before we could remove them from the beds. We slept with our own blankets. So I’m unsure where the smell came from, unless the comforters aren’t washed between guests. The owner received pictures after we checked out that there was dog pee on the side of the couch, “as if a male dog hiked his leg on it to pee”. We don’t have any male dogs and they are crated while we are out. Never running loose in the house unattended.

The property was nice, can use some updates but hey we wasn’t moving in! I don’t appreciate the cleaning lady arriving at 9:30 standing across the street eyeballing us when check out was at 10 AM… I paid for the pool to be heated and you could’ve cooked soup in the jacuzzi so there was no way to enjoy it. They was gonna charge a fee to come out and adjust it but didn’t … overall the stay was okay!!
