We had a Christmas miracle with VRBO.com and our host Tracy. Our three nights vacation in Jacksonville, Florida, was comfortable, well worth the money, and an enjoyable experience. I communicated the few glitches we experienced for check-in and some prior on-site damages with the host by phone and a written note. After returning home from our trip, I read many negative reviews about Vrbo.com property owners and services listed with Consumer Affairs. We count our blessing that I (we) can genuinely write a positive review. Wishing you all peace, joy, and goodwill. Gee and friends
