Mountain Memories is the perfect place to start making your own "mountain memories". Built in 2018, this gorgeous and private four bedroom home offers ridge line views and frequent visits by wildlife. Guests will enjoy two levels on a spacious lot with an expansive deck to take in the views. It is conveniently located to be within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The inside space boasts a great room that is perfect for large groups complete with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, firestick tv and custom stone gas fireplace. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction range, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, condiments, paper goods, trash bags and soap. Dine in style around our beautiful, counter height table that seats eight comfortably. Toddler seat provided for your little one. Take in the mountain air on the back deck where you will find a cozy conversation area, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. Our patio table seats eight making it a perfect place for your evening dinner or morning coffee. Retire for the evening in the main level king bedroom suite with private bathroom and steam shower. Also offered on the main level is a queen bedroom with access to full bath. Sorry no AC- most homes in Estes don’t have AC. We cool the house with a whole house fan pulling cool, mountain air from outside to the inside. Additional bedrooms are cozily tucked into the lower level with one offering twin beds. The other lower level bedroom is a king bedroom providing ample sleeping room. You will be sure to have a peaceful night's sleep with the soft bedding and comfortable beds. The lower level also offers a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Many guests have enjoyed the lower level family/tv room as a dedicated workspace or as just another great place to lounge, play games or watch your favorite movie. Head out to garage fora variety of games like ping pong or foosball. No garage parking.Mountain Memories is sure to delight as you make it your home away from home! No smoking please. No central air. Mountain Memories lived up to its name perfectly! This updated, roomy, and modern home offered an exceptionally high-quality and comfortable stay. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and fully stocked for any cooking you could possibly need to do.We were in town for our youngest son's wedding, and this quiet, off-the-street property provided the amazing peace and relaxation we desperately needed. We shared the house with our oldest son and his family, and the converted garage game room was a massive hit—offering fantastic entertainment for kids of all ages. We had some family stop by for dinner & there's plenty of room to entertain they were so impressed with this property that they are planning on returning & want to rent this property for their family!!Awesome, timely & positive communication with our premier host! We highly recommend this property!!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. Everything you could ever need, this home had. We came for a girls hiking trip, but this house would be great for families. Lots of games, bikes, basketball, ping pong. Great, private deck with wonderful view, l with fire table and plenty of seating. Spacious and so inviting. The host went above and beyond.
