This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is tucked into a quiet, tree filled neighborhood with breathtaking views of the Rockies and downtown Estes Park! You will enjoy privacy and seclusion while being just minutes away (by car) from downtown Estes Park. 3 floors of amazing living/ sleeping space and views everywhere you turn!
Get ready to make the best family memories!Enjoy snuggling up on the comfy recliners and couches in the window filled tv/fireplace room on the main floor. You’re guaranteed to enjoy the ambiance of the wood burning fireplace and fabulous mountain views from every window. Watch your favorite shows on the smart tv or simply take in the mountain views. Dining in? Enjoy your favorite meal at the oversized rustic table that seats 10. You’ll love the amenities of the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen. Ready for sweet dreams? Main floor offers the convenience of 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. Master king bedroom is window lined and gorgeous! You will love the beauty that surrounds as you gaze out the many windows- but when you’re ready for privacy no worries- just draw the blinds and snuggle in! En suite bathroom is amazing with walk in shower, double shower heads, double sinks and granite vanity tops. Second queen bedroom offers a great view from window, cozy cabin decor and is just steps away from the full bathroom down the hall. This bathroom also offers walk in shower, double shower heads, double sinks and granite vanity tops. Beautiful!
There’s fun to be had downstairs in the fully furnished game room. Take your pick between the pool table and retro style arcade games. Fun for the whole family! Lower level also features a sleeper sofa in the game room as well as bedroom with twin bunks and a twin trundle. Enjoy the protected patio (with views!) accessed though the lower level bedroom. Full bathroom conveniently located next to twin bedroom. Yet another walk-in shower!

Where to begin after such an incredible stay? Our host, Leah, was the most timely, kind, and professional host I’ve ever experienced at any property. Communication was fast, and she was incredibly accommodating.The property itself is spectacular. The views were beyond beautiful, and the house was spacious, spotless, and absolutely gorgeous. It was perfectly located—close to town and RMNP—yet still felt very private. We enjoyed abundant wildlife along with incredible sunrises and sunsets. What’s not to love?We had a spectacular family Christmas here and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful staywith spectacular views all around. You can tell the owner‘s truly took great pride and providing all the comforts and conveniences.. they were immediately responsive when we needed to check on an issue with the heater..We would definitely stay here again!
