Classic Cape House just minutes away from Red River Beach! 3 BDR, 1 BA, last house on quiet dead end street. Short walk (0.37 miles) to one of the great beaches on Cape Cod. Newly installed floors (2020), new bathroom (2021), and new central AC/heat (2022).
Great yard with fire pit and BBQ grill just off of screened in porch which allows for great indoor/outdoor living. Outdoor shower as well to wash off after a long day at the Beach.

Went down for 3 nights with an infant (<1), toddler (3) and my wife for a family getaway. We love Harwich and this property couldn’t have been more accommodating to our needs. Very clean 3 bedroom, easy 7 minute walk to red rock beach, 2 minute drive to Brax Landing and to schoolhouse ice cream, 10 min from downtown Chatham. Place itself had a screened in porch, central ac, yard, outdoor shower, lots of puzzles/games for the kiddos etc…meaning the place was certainly as advertised and will certainly look to stay again next year!

We just returned from a few days in Cape Cod. This house was perfect for us. Nice easy walk to the beach, clean and comfortable!

Stayed for a month and would run right back if I could. The house was a perfect escape for a cape vacation. The owners are super communicative, friendly and welcoming. Harwich(port) is a great town with some of the best food, shops, friendly people and of course the beach (Red River) is a 10mins walk. Also tons of hiking trails and the bike rail trail is a quick ride up depot road so got around on that quite a bit and Red River has a walk in yoga class daily 730am. We also worked while there and the wifi was great for video calls, etc. Dont hesitate to book this property!
