On the main level you will find the foyer, den and kitchen, large dining room with sitting area, guest bedroom with direct access to full bathroom, laundry/mud room and 3 steps up to a beautifully appointed owners suite. The open living area includes a den with a vaulted ceiling, a large stone woodburning fireplace and a fully stocked chef's kitchen including double ovens, two sinks, large island with barstools and spacious fridge/freezer. The dining room has a large farm table with seating for 10 as well as a comfortable seating area and gas fireplace. From the den and dining room enjoy access to the expansive deck and covered porch equipped with a gas grill and lots of comfortable seating. In the tucked away newly renovated owners' suite, enjoy your morning coffee in the sitting area while gazing through the floor to ceiling windows at the valley and mountains beyond. The room boasts a king sized bed and large closet. The spacious newly renovated bathroom includes a large jetted marble surrounded tub with a beautiful view, a double vanity, heated floors and spacious steam shower with rain head.

Venture to the second floor to find a wall of books on the landing. There are two spacious king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each with a shower and separate tub, on this floor. Up one more level you will find the sweet attic room with twin beds and even a little reading ledge that is a perfect hideout for kids.

Finally, on the lower level there is plenty of space for recreation and relaxation! There you will find a sitting area with a large flatscreen tv, a game area with ping pong table, piano and card/game table and another sitting area with day bed and space for a home workout. A queen bedroom and full bath with tiled shower is also on this level. Enjoy lovely views from the hot tub accessed on this level.

You will love the scenery outside the home as much as in. We often spot many deer and wild turkeys on the property and there is plenty of room to roam. Our children love to climb on the many boulders, swing in the hammock, build a fire in the fire pit and play in the creek when we have had plenty of rain. In the serene surroundings at 3 Boulders you feel away from it all, but you aren't far from all that Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, the Watauga River and the ski mountains have to offer!
