"Friesenrose" Apartment
The "Friesenrose" vacation apartment, approximately 75 square meters in size, is particularly bright and quiet, facing the south side of the house toward the garden. On the first floor is the open-concept living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, which is furnished in a rustic and cozy style, featuring some antique pieces.
The “Landhaus-up-de-Warft” was built around 1900 and is located on the Nordwerdum warft along with a handful of other rural estates and farms. The former stables and living quarters have been converted into four spacious living units, each furnished in a rustic and unique style. For lovers of the East Frisian landscape and the authentic way of life, this is the ideal vacation spot. The seawall is visible from the property.
Cyclists and hikers will also find plenty to enjoy. The beach in Neuharlingersiel is only about 4 km away. There is a log-cabin sauna on the property and a washing machine in a separate laundry room. Both may be used by all guests. Due to the sharp rise in energy costs, there is a fee for using the sauna. You’ll find a charging station for electric cars near the parking spaces and an e-bike charging station in the small log cabin.

The approximately 75 square meters “Friesenrose” vacation apartment is particularly bright and quiet, situated on the south side of the house facing the garden. On the first floor is the open-concept living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, which is furnished in a rustic and cozy style, featuring some antique furniture. The kitchen area, which adjoins the living area, has been completely modernized and, despite its compact size, is very well equipped with modern conveniences such as a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Also located on the first floor are the children’s room with a bunk bed and the bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The bathroom has also been completely modernized.
The larger bedroom, featuring a double bed and a beautiful view of the garden, is accessible via a staircase from the living area. The apartment has satellite TV.
Maximum occupancy at the Friesenrose: 2 adults, 2 children up to age 16 (older children/teens upon request), 1 child up to age 2
Due to the building’s design, unfortunately, no stair gate is installed.
Charging electric vehicles, except for e-bikes, is permitted exclusively at the wallbox in the parking lot. A small, lockable log cabin is available for storing bicycles, strollers, etc. There is an e-bike charging station located there.
In the garden, there is a log cabin sauna available to all guests of the country house.
Bed linens, towels, and sauna towels, as well as use of the sauna, are not included in the base price and can be booked as optional extras.
