"Mühlenblick" Apartment
The "Mühlenblick" vacation apartment, approximately 75 m², is located in the central part of the country house. The living and dining area is on the first floor and features a serving hatch to the kitchen. The eye-catching feature there is the brick open fireplace, which guarantees a cozy atmosphere even on cooler evenings.
The “Landhaus-up-de-Warft” was built around 1900 and is situated on the Nordwerdum mound along with a handful of other rural estates and farms. The former stables and living area have been converted into four spacious living units, each with rustic and individually designed interiors. For lovers of the East Frisian landscape and the authentic way of life, this is the ideal vacation home. The sea dike is visible from the property.
Cyclists and hikers will also find plenty to enjoy. The beach in Neuharlingersiel is only about 4 km away. There is a log-cabin sauna on the property and a washing machine in a separate laundry room. Both may be used by all guests. Due to the sharp rise in energy costs, there is a fee for using the sauna. You’ll find a charging station for electric cars at the parking lot and a charging station for e-bikes in the small log cabin.

The approximately 75m² "Mühlenblick" vacation apartment accommodates 2 adults, 2 children up to age 16 (bunk beds measuring 90x200 and 90x180 cm), and a baby or toddler. The living and dining area is located on the first floor and features a serving hatch to the kitchen. The highlight of the space is the brick open fireplace, which guarantees a cozy atmosphere even on cooler evenings.
The living area is comfortably furnished, partly with antique pieces. Satellite TV, a micro-stereo system, and Wi-Fi are available for your use. The kitchen meets all expectations for modern comfort, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ample storage space. The bathroom is located on the first floor and has also been completely modernized.
An open spiral staircase in the living area leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. The large bedroom features a double bed. The smaller room has two corner bunk beds for children up to 12 and 16 years old (90x200 and 90x180 cm).
There is an open fireplace that can be used for extra heating or simply to create a cozy atmosphere.
Maximum occupancy in this apartment: 2 adults, 2 children up to 16 years old (older children/teens upon request), 1 child up to 2 years old
Due to the building’s design, unfortunately, no stair gate is installed.
Charging electric vehicles, except for e-bikes, is permitted exclusively at the designated wall box in the parking lot. A small, lockable log cabin is available for storing bicycles, strollers, etc. This cabin also contains an e-bike charging station.
In the garden, there is a log cabin sauna available to all guests of the country house.
Bed linens, towels, and sauna towels, as well as use of the sauna, are not included in the base price and can be booked as optional extras.
