Der Landhof “Polmann,” featuring two cozy vacation apartments and a beautiful vacation home, is located in the small fishing village of Nordwerdum in East Frisia on the North Sea, between the North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel and the climatic health resort of Werdum.
Our property is very close to Neuharlingersiel and thus just as close to the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea Nature Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.
Here you’ll find the peaceful and healthy relaxation you expect from your North Sea vacation. The “Polmann” country estate offers fresh, healthy North Sea air as well as the vastness of the East Frisian meadows and fields—in short, the perfect blend of a North Sea AND countryside vacation.
The two vacation apartments measure approximately 35 and 50 square meters and are therefore ideal for 2 to 3 people or for 2 to 4 people. The vacation home is approximately 80 square meters in size and is suitable for 2 to 5 people. The vacation apartments and the vacation home are bright and welcoming, and are very comfortable and modern yet cozy, equipped with everything you’ll need for your vacation.
Seestern Vacation Home:
Approx. 60 square meters, living room with open kitchen, bedroom, second separate bedroom/children’s room, bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, first floor, upper floor, terrace, ideal for 2 to 4 people plus one toddler.
Check-in is available from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
