On the outskirts of the North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel, nestled in the beautiful East Frisian countryside, our “Landhaus am Grafthof” is situated amidst East Frisian fields and meadows.
Despite this secluded and very peaceful location, it’s just under two kilometers to the beach and
to all the tourist attractions in Neuharlingersiel. That means a lovely, relaxing walk—or a bike ride to get your first dose of health for the day on the way to our beautiful North Sea spa town!
The “Landhaus am Grafthof” itself is an oasis of peace and relaxation for your especially wonderful vacation!
Your vacation rentals and apartments at the “Landhaus am Grafthof” are spacious, comfortable, and—depending on the unit—offer 35 to 65 square meters of space for two people or for two to four people.
The vacation rentals are very well-equipped; for example, some include a microwave and dishwasher. A clothes dryer and a washing machine are available for shared use, and all guests staying in our vacation apartments can use the sunroom—complete with patio furniture, of course—to relax.
Right next door is our farm, “Grafthof,” an active, traditional East Frisian marsh farm (“Vollerwerbshof”) on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Of course, you’re welcome to “have a look around” here—and so are your children.
So, if you’d like, you can experience rural life firsthand, and the kids might even get to ride along on the tractor. But you’re not right in the middle of the farm. You have plenty of space all around you, can enjoy plenty of opportunities for relaxation, and find wonderful, cozy spots on the large grounds.
Meanwhile, the children play somewhere on the sprawling grounds away from traffic—for example, on the large soccer field with the goal or on the toddler playground with the swings and seesaws.
Adults especially enjoy the secluded tranquility and the unobstructed views in all directions around the “Landhaus am Grafthof” and the “Grafthof.” The garden at the “Landhaus am Grafthof” offers a large area for lounging and, next to the house, two beautiful terraces—both of which, of course, are furnished with high-quality patio furniture. There are also protective shrubs and trees here, so that you, our dear guests, can truly relax in the sun or, for example, comfortably read a book in the shade.
Here at the “Landhaus am Grafthof,” you’ll find wonderful conditions for a beautiful and very relaxing vacation in East Frisia. From our property—and, by the way, also from the window at the breakfast table—you’ll enjoy views of the open countryside as well as lush meadows and fields—unobstructed views and fresh air, all within a safe yet very short distance from the fishing village of Neuharlingersiel! Early in the morning, you can watch hares and fallow deer right from your vacation rental or the garden, for example! And we’d be happy to tell you about the quieter spots along the North Sea as well.
And the name “Landhaus am Grafthof” says it all! Our location right on the Mühlenstrich, a popular hiking and biking trail, is ideal for walks, bike rides, and all kinds of adventures exploring the unique and diverse nature of East Frisia.
Enjoy an active yet relaxing vacation on the North Sea and make the most of the region’s invigorating climate. And of course, in the evenings, take a stroll along the dike or through the idyllic fishing harbor of the North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel!
Neuharlingersiel is a 300-year-old fishing village with an active fleet of crab boats. In the fishing harbor, East Frisian fishing is still actively practiced today by many crab boats.
There’s a wide range of tourist attractions for your vacation: the beach with the fantastic “Platschi” water play area, an indoor pool, sauna, and Kursaal, the Kurhaus, an information center with the “Leuchttürmchen” children’s playhouse, the Sielhof as the “Haus des Gastes,” green spaces, events, a lovingly maintained historic harbor, and much more.
Neuharlingersiel is located right in the middle of the East Frisian North Sea coast, on the mainland directly across from the island of Spiekeroog.

Landblick Vacation Apartment:

Approx. 65 square meters, living room with open-concept kitchen, bedroom, second separate bedroom/children’s room, bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, upper floor, balcony, ideal for 2 to 4 people plus one toddler.
The balcony, furnished with garden furniture, is directly accessible from the “Landblick” apartment and is used by the residents of this apartment; the sunroom, which is also furnished with patio furniture, can be shared by residents of the other apartments via an outdoor staircase.


Size: approx. 65 square meters, living room with integrated kitchen, bedroom, second separate bedroom/children’s room, bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, upper floor, balcony, ideal for 2 to 4 people plus a toddler.
The balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, is directly accessible from the “Landblick” apartment and is used by the residents of that apartment; the sunroom, which is also furnished with outdoor furniture, can be shared by residents of the other apartments via an outdoor staircase.



Check-in is from 5:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
