Waterfront villa on the outskirts of Dubrovnik, wonderfully positioned villa on the water, has every amenity you need for a holiday stay, staff were wonderful and very accommodating with every need and only a call away. Villa is kept clean, outside is very hard to keep clean with all the trees and I had to sweep and hose down after a storm, maybe if roof was renovated the outside would stay a bit cleaner, and that brings me to the wear and tear of the property. The owners could do with a little renovation and up keep, it is looking a little tired. A little far from old town 25 euros by taxi each way so keep that in mind

We had the most amazing week in Lozica. The house was perfect, the view was spectacular every day. The water access was so easy we were down there every day. Easy drive into the city, and a few grocery stores near by.

The house is great.The down side, there is nothing near (walking distance) restaurant or market.And we where told bus service was not very reliable schedule wise.So we had to rely on Uber for everything.
