Our stunning apartment at Eleven Maunganui offering expansive sea views is the perfect place for just that. Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms an open plan living area and modern kitchen. Superb views from all the rooms. With the popular Café’s, Hot Pools, Main Beach, Pilot Bay Harbour and magnificent Mauao just moments away this is the perfect choice for couples or families
The Space:
Our apartment is located on the 8th floor of this 9th storey block. The views are stunning!
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed in the second bedroom you can choose a king bed or twin single beds.
The kitchen is modern and newly fitted out with everything you need for cooking in. Dine indoors or on the balcony.
On the third floor is the outdoor heated pool is perfect for doing laps. Or enjoy a soak in the 38 degree hot pool. The main pool is unheated in July & August. The Spa pool is heated all year round.
Two secure car-parks are at your disposal.
A handy diary is across the street as are the hot pools , Copenhagen cones Ice cream and a variety of cafes.
Arrive, unpack and unwind and enjoy your stay at the beach.

The Neighborhood:
Marvellous Mount Maunganui
A favourite amongst travellers young and old……..a brilliant base for everyone with so much to do and so much to explore….. you’ll be left with wanting more.
Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao.
At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Everyone has the option of taking a leisurely stroll around the flat base. The more adventurous will have fun reaching the top and be rewarded with the spectacular 360-degree views.
Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables…….Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas.
Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Picnic on the grassy shore & watch the fishermen launch their boats and cargo ships come and go.
Head to main beach where new surfers can grab a lesson and watch the more experienced catch a wave or two. If the wind is up the kite surfers will be out in force. Or just chill and enjoy a refreshing swim.
Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses…..Summer or Winter there’s no excuse not to get the clubs out.
For groceries you’ll find an accessible New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and a slick city eatery.
10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema (opens December 2020). Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.

Very nice place with great views of beach and bay. Clean and quiet building but street noise can be a little noisy. Pool also has nice views of beach but is a bit shallow. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most fabulous time at this gorgeous apartment, the views were amazing the apartment was well set up with lovely furniture, and watching tv from bed with an incredible view was also a bonus. We will definitely be back
