Clear directions and photos of where to collect keys - ease of collecting keys. No fuss or delay with a check-in desk.

Location would have been great but access to Marine Parade was closed due to workmen which we were not told about at all. Roomy apartment, nice deck.
Access to Marine Parade closed meaning a longer trip to cafes and beach. Shower glass wasn't clean and generally bathrooms could do with refreshing. Fridge was smelly and door and hinges need cleaning out. Pillow slips were well worn - better was expected from a deluxe apartment. Workmen outside our entrance for the whole stay which we were not told about prior.
