If you’re looking for a close to the beach stay, with pool, it’s perfect

There were often water shortages, but it wasn’t because of the property - it was a town problem, but it was an inconvenience

Very disappointed with communication when we lost water supply and to find apartment not really as advertised.

It was clean. When we left hurriedly because of lack of water supply we were eventually given a refund.

Was supposed to be self catering for two, advertised as bedroom, sitting room and kitchen. It was one quite small room with a kitchenette - poorly equipped, eg only one bowl, one dessert spoon, one teaspoon. There were stools but no chairs with backs except two plastic chairs on the balcony which we brought inside. The advertised mountain and sea views were actually a view of next door apartments. But nice trees, too. Our request for a bowl and a blanket via WhatsApp contact provided was met next day. On our third day there was no water supply. Could not flush toilet, wash or wash up. Nobody contacted us to explain. Our messages to the owner on WhatsApp were not answered. After a couple of hours, not knowing when we might have water, we found another apartment on Booking.com and we left.

Lovely place Ruined by neighbours

The beds were comfy And the shower was nice. close to beach and shops. Acharavi beach hotel sun beds were super.

The shared pool smells of cannabis The owners of the shared pool were awful on our last morning, we were subjected to a very loud and swearing conversation, after which an argument erupted. the outside arena was not looked after and would put me off going again

This is a comfortable place to stay for a perfect beach holiday!

The location was superb! We were just a short walk from the beach, the nearest bus stop and the closest supermarket. There were also plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was big enough to enjoy some outdoor dining. We could use the pool on the adjacent property, but we ended up going to the beach instead because of the stunning sea views and warm water. The apartment was a bigger than I expected, which was an added bonus!

The flats are not soundproof, so there was some noise, but I sleep with ear plugs in anyway, so it didn't bother me. The area has a lot of mosquitoes, so it's impossible to open the doors and windows or use the balcony before or after sunlight hours, but this is not the fault of the property. I suggest buying a bottle of insect killer as soon as you arrive to take care of any sneaky flying insects before you settle down to sleep.

A relaxing holiday in an apartment a short walk from the beach

Great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and it’s bars and restaurants and 5 minutes walk in the other direction to supermarkets, shopping, bars and restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Use of a lovely pool at the adjacent property. Nicoletta and her husband and the housekeeper are very welcoming and friendly.

We stayed for 9 days. No change of bed linen. Towels changed and floors cleaned only on day 4. It would have been nice if this had happened every 3 days. It did not spoil our stay - we had a super time.

Customers slam doors Tuesday night loud music from the pool area getting louder by 11pm Went to the pool area 2 men playing the music No one else around When I ask for music to be turned down One man showed me a rude sigh I was very upset The next day I saw another man at the pool He said that the man that showed me a rude sigh was the owner and must have been drunk!!! He said he was a bad man and stays at the apartment next to Nicoll apartment I was still upset and didn't go back to the pool again

Loved it so much, we will come again!

Nicoll was such a lovely host! She took really great care of us and made us feel right at home. It was very spacious and clean. The pool looked wonderful with all the flowers.

You had to ask for new toilet paper and towels and sometimes we didn’t find anyone to ask.

The location is near The sea and also near The bus station. The bedroom and The balcony are big. The owners were very fiendly and they let us stay on The last day until 6 pm without an extra amount.

Corfu island round trip

Perfect location, short walk to bus stop, supermarket, beach. Very good communication with the hosts: thanks again for the early check-in! After picking up a rental car it was also easy to find parking lots directly in front of the house. So much more to say ... it was the ideal start for my Corfu island round trip:)

The apartment is very close to the beach and supermarket if you need any snacks, drinks or food. We did not spend much time in the apartment to be honest, only at night for a good night sleep. There is also a nice pool if you feel like staying in. We communicated easily with the host and she was helpful and nice.

The location is brilliant. You can reach the beach within minutes and this beach is not expensive at all.

It could use a bit more sound proofing as you can hear anyone that closes a door or walks through the hall.

Location great, 3 min walk to beach. Quiet at night and aircon was really good. Pool next door was OK, not too much room around the edge but never crowded. Washing up liq etc provided and spare bin bags.

2 bed apartment had 1 balcony, so access to this balcony was off one of the bedrooms - lack of privacy. Fine for family but no good for 2 couples sharing. Apartment was not cleaned or towels changed in the 1 week we stayed. Broom on each floor landing to borrow so I was able to sweep the sand up. Bin bag in kitchen bin was too weak and broke, luckily I had a supermarket bag. Rubbish bins on site outside overflowing and recycling is up on the highstreet, easy to find

Amazing location very close to the beach. The beds are so comfortable and the hosts are nice. We had some amazing days here! Highly recommend! Also, the location features a nice pool, which works great after a nap :)

If you have only breakfast at an appartment and want a quite location, then this is for you!

We are thankful to the friendly hosts, who were very hospitable and open! Two balconies overlooking a yard with some trees and a lawn were a big plus. The appartment is well-located between a sandy beach, which was never overcrowded and a supermarkt (on the main road). A shower in the garden was really nice to have. Stable WiFi. Functioning air conditioning. Overall, it was a relaxing stay.

Although the kitchen is really small it was still packed with furniture so that at times it was difficult to move around it, to put things onto (missing) surfaces or just to store ingredients. Also, the kitchen is not very well equipped: we missed quite a few things like a big pan, a salad bowl, a corkscrew and other. The overall impression is that the kitchen is not suitable for comfortable home cooking. Missing fly screens on the windows/doors made us keep them closed for the most of the time. Last but not least, it would have been better to either have a cleaning service or cleaning utensils, because we are used to cleaning our flat quite often. At the end of our 6-day stay, in particular, the floor got quite dirty (sand), which was a bit irritating.

Martha was amazing. Quick responses and very helpful. It was a very clean flat, towels and bedding are changes frequently.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our staying at Nicoll Apartments, everything there was brand new and for the price it was really the best choice. There is air con, tv, balcony, bathroom with toilet and small hidden kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. You can use nice pool just around the corner or sit in the garden and enjoy shadow of the trees (there is also shower, if coming from beach). The location is also great, quiet but only 3 mins walk to nice sandy beach and same to the closest market and restaurants. We were provided with towels and they changed them once during our one week stay. The communication with Marta was excellent and she even got us water and some gift for our kids when we arrived. The owners are also really nice and friendly.

We only missed some shelves in the bathroom.

Die Lage zum Strand und dem Ortskern ist perfekt. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Die Sauberkeit besonders im Bad ist eine Katastrophe. Die Armatur am Waschbecken war absolut verkalkt und dreckig, die Dusche ebenso, aber nicht ganz so schlimm. Auf Rückfragen wurde die Waschbeckenarmatur abends um nach 9 gegen eine "bessere" gebrauchte getauscht. Die wenigen Küchenutensilien waren auch nicht wirklich sauber. Die Küchen war quasi in einem Schrank, an diesen war eine Tür aus den Scharnieren gerissen und stand neben dem Schrank. Am Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes gab es noch Zimmerreinigung inklusive Handtüchertausch, leeren der Mülleimer und neues Toilettenpapier, dieses gab es dann im Verlauf nur noch auf Rückfrage bzw. wurde gänzlich eingestellt. Alles in allem eine sehr lieblos geführte Pension die vielleicht für 2 / 3 Tage ok ist, aber sicher nicht, wie in unserem Fall für 2 Wochen. Wir haben und selten so unwohl gefühlt.

Super Lage, schöne Anlage mit Poolzugang, nah zum Strand: gerne wieder!!

Ein schönes Apartment in Strandnähe und Laufweite zu den Tavernen und Bars an der Hauptstraße des Ortes. Die Betten hatten tolle Matratzen und waren super, zwei Balkone waren für jede Tageszeit geeignet, sonst war alles da , was man brauchte. Gekocht haben wir außer Wasser für löslichen Kaffee allerdings nicht wirklich 😯 . Die Ansprechpartnerinnen waren immer zur Stelle, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Für unsere Art von Urlaub bei bestem Wetter absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Info über die Unterbrechung der Wasserversorgung hätte ein wenig besser sein können. Info kam erst auf Nachfrage.

Eine schöne Zeit,an einem schönen Ort

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super,man braucht nur 2 min bis zum Strand und drum herum ist es schön grün. Nicoll und auch ihre Mitarbeiter/innen waren allesamt mega freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die uk erfüllt in allem ihren Zweck und ist zu dem Preis unschlagbar. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße :)
