basic apartment, clean, in excellent location -

Low cost basic apartment so did not expect or get luxury. Very spacious apartment, quite well equipped and clean, nice swimming pool, excellent location close to lovely beach and excellent restaurants serving delicious traditional food.

Bed uncomfortable - rock hard, no settee - bed in lounge area to sit on- not good to look at or comfortable to sit on, Reception was only open for half an hour at 12 pm each day - inconvenient. Not many people staying at apartments - therefore no atmosphere - however plenty of atmosphere in restaurants in close proximity

Miros de vechi in camera.Oglinzi murdare si cu rugina pe ele.Frigider vechi si ruginit.Lengeria de pat nu a fost schimbata in cele 8 zilein care am stat.Chiuveta de la baie ruginita. Aparat de aer condiționat infect,pe care nu l am folosit din fericere.

Die Lage ist gut, die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber hat einen gewissen Charme, dennoch sollte sie unbedingt besser gewartet und gepflegt werden! Der Pool ist schön und es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Die 2 Damen der Zimmerreinigung waren immer sehr freundlich und haben angesichts der Ameisenplage in unseren Zimmern wirklich einen guten Job gemacht!

Der Eindruck eines guten Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis wurde leider durch einige Extra-Kosten getrübt: - die Klimaanlage kostet 10 Euro pro Tag - pro Zimmer, also 20 Euro für Apartments mit 2 Schlafzimmern! - die Hitze und die vielen Mücken machen es einem nicht leicht darauf zu verzichten. - Safe war laut Beschreibung inklusive, kostete trotzdem 10 Euro - am Pool sind keine eigenen Getränke/Speisen erlaubt, man soll alles an der Bar kaufen - die dann Instant Kaffee, Tief kühl Pizza und Fast Food im Angebot hat - abgesehen davon, auch etwas ungewöhnlich wenn man bedenkt, dass Urlauber die Apartments buchen größtenteils Selbstversorger sind. - Internet nur in öffentlichen Bereichen, was letztendlich bedeutet, dass es nur am Pool funktioniert: unser Apartment war direkt neben Pool und Rezeption und wir hatten nichtmal auf dem Balkon Empfang. - die Küchen-Ausstattung war Miserabel, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, der Wasserkocher hatte einen kaputten Hebel und der Kühlschrank fiel quasi auseinander, die Töpfe waren zerkratzt und das Besteck gerade für 2 Ausreichend. - Die Rezeption ist nur wenige Stunden am Tag besetzt und die Englisch-Kenntnisse der Dame etwas begrenzt, bei Problemen ist man also meistens auf sich selbst gestellt, besonders nach 17 Uhr. - die Badezimmer Fenster öffnen sich auf den Balkon eines anderen Apartments, das führte in unserem Fall zu Problemen da die Nachbarn gerne die Nächte mit Kartenspielen und kiffen/CBD rauchen verbrachten und der ganze Qualm über besagtes Fenster in unser Apartment zog: weder Rezeption noch Direktion fühlten sich dazu verpflichtet diesbezüglich etwas zu unternehmen, schließlich wäre es ja nur CBD 🙈- also haben wir bis zur Abreise dieser Gäste bei 32 Grad Hitze mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen…. - TV ist winzig und hat nie funktioniert - Toilettenartikel die angeblich inklusive sind gab es nicht

Abbiamo trascorso solo 5 giorni in questa struttura, esteticamente molto bella, ma dovrebbe essere meglio curata e dovre

La posizione è ottima, vicino al mare. Immersa nel verde e con una bella e curata piscina

La reception è praticamente inesistente: è attiva solo poche ore al giorno e quando hai bisogno non c’è nessuno. Abbiamo fatto per due giorni la doccia gelata e non avevamo nessuno con cui relazionarci. La pulizia viene fatta ogni due giorni, ma, visto che noi abbiamo soggiornato cinque giorni, il penultimo giorno non sono stati cambiati ne letti né biancheria. Non ci sono stoviglie adeguate e non abbiamo quindi potuto cucinare. Nella descrizione su Booking si segnalavano prodotti da bagno in omaggio: neanche l’ombra! L’ultimo giorno, mentre su Booking si poteva lasciare l’appartamento alle 12, già alle 11 avevamo le donne delle pulizie che aspettavano di entrare…definire questa struttura un resort è un po’ azzardato.
