Very nice garden, good location and nice staff and owner, that they have a mini kitchen in every room or studio.

The furniturile was old and and smelly, the noise from the bars near, the towels were a bit smelly also.

A fantastic stay in a hidden gem in the beautiful village of Roda

Great property

Required an accessible room which they were able to offer. Two bedroom room was spacious and kitchen area had everything we needed. Beds comfy too.

Good clean apartment in great location

Brilliant location, lovely mini Market almost next door, Carrefour opposite, beach at end of road, close to everything. Beautiful gardens. Lovely view from apartment 10. Communication with Nick was excellent, very quick. Rooms were refreshed frequently.

Nothing to dislike. Only thing we found a bit awkward was the wardrobe behind the door which was awkward at times .

Overall an enjoyable stay and would stay again

The location is spot on. Very cute and authentic Greek style accommodation. Eleni and her son Nic are lovely. They were very welcoming and accommodating. We were given a number to call if we had any problems. Beds very comfortable.

The cleanliness could be better. The shower tray needed a deep clean aswell as behind the bed and behind bedside tables. Looks like the skirting has not been cleaned for a while. Floors not swept daily. Towels changed alternate days.

Good, clean apartments, central to all amenities and a very friendly host.

Good place to stay. Apartments are close to all restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Bar across the streets music was very loud. Earplugs are a must if you're a light sleeper.

Great little studio apartment in an excellent location.

Great location and the studio was equipped with everything that you could need for a short stay holiday. Nick the host was lovely and the gardens were well cared for.

The only thing that could be improved upon would be to have somewhere to wash & change once you have vacated your room. We had a very late flight home and there was nowhere private to get changed after a day at the beach.

Fantastic stay at a lovely small family run villa.

Fantastic small property right in the centre of Roda. Warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We had everything we wanted. The aircon worked well and the apartment was well stocked.

Traditional apartments in great location

We had a large ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment with 4 single beds, located at the front and overlooking the garden. The apartment was typically Greek but with the addition of toaster, microwave, electric hob, lots of crockery etc., a decent hair drier and Netflix on the tv. [There is only one tv]. Air con in both rooms included in the price, along with a safe. Location superb. 2 minute walk to beach and a Carrefour supermarket opposite, plus a traditional grocery store next door but one to apartments. Eleni and Nikos are genuinely lovely people and although they don't stay at the apartments they are always contactable and very helpful. . The garden area is also lovely with loads of planting, sunbeds and nice chairs and table. Swimming pool next door.. We also had constant hot water.

The only negative for us [2 pensioners] was the late playing of music from the 2 entertainment bars. Some nights were worse than others. I believe, however, that the Greek police are trying to do something about this as it is a common issue across Greek holiday resorts. Closing the shutters and screens, and using ear plugs is a solution for most people. The apartment owners are also looking to reinforce the glass in the doors, but this is obviously very expensive.

Great stay

We spent 2 nights here and overall it was very good, spacious room and nice little balcony. The garden is beautiful and there's a swimming pool next door that you can use if you buy a drink or summat. Location is great, near of everything just easy to walk anywhere. Great stay, thank you!

The host welcome us with a homemade jelly, very helpful and provided us assistance when needed. Really good location, with tavernas, bars and markets. Recommended for everyone!

It’s absolutely gorgeous with all the flowers in the garden and the location is excellent. Eleni is a fabulous lady and made us feel very welcome!

The hosts were very helpful and provided assistance on every need we had. Rooms were cleaned almost every day. The garden and the premises were lovely, full of flowers and green. Very good location - few steps from sandy beach, tavernas and mini markets. There was a nice pool just nearby the villa that could be used for ordering something from the bar. Would highly recommend these apartments for everyone!
