BEST location to watch the Tybee Parades and only one short block to Tybee Island's Beach. This spacious home has double-screened decks for lounging on Island time; and a third balcony for sunshine dining. Memorial Park next door has volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, a picnic area, and grills. Walk to all the best spots by Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Huge master bedroom with a KING bed and double closets, a second bedroom with two queen-sized beds, full kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms.
Enjoy this spacious upstairs home with exceptional areas for outdoor living. two grills, an outside shower, televisions, and WiFi.
Guests have all access to the home and outdoor space.
Great space for kids of all ages, walk next door to the park or across the street to the beach.
Most will drive a car, local taxis are available, golf cart rentals and bike rentals, or you can easily walk anywhere on the island.

Inside needs a deep clean - dirty carpet on stairs, water damage in kitchen, mold growing in bathrooms, dust build up on fireplace grate and behind bed (only found that due to looking for an outlet). Seems like someone has redecorated at some point but didn’t fill in holes or repaint. Other than the cleanliness issue, the place is very cute and we loved using the covered decks.Location was absolutely fantastic - quick walk to the beach and close to many amenities.

We loved the location, the outdoor shower, great water pressure in the main bathroom, and decor. When we arrived the lock for the front door was broken, but they resolved the issue very quickly, and replaced our lock. However, the house smelled musty and the floors were quite dirty downstairs. We had to air out the house and clean the downstair floors. Upstairs bedroom tv did not work and the Wi-Fi was poor. Without these issues our stay would have been perfect.

When I booked, this house was a couple hundred less than other comparable houses so I was a little skeptical, but it’s actually a great stay! I loved the multiple porches and the location, and the noise from butler ave is surprisingly not bad.
