Colaboradores muito acolhedores e simpáticos.
O colchão da cama no quarto compartilhado era desconfortável porque afundava muito. Então é importante investir em colchões novos, tendo em vista que o uso intenso contínuo desgasta a qualidade e compromete o sono de quem utiliza.

As chaves do quarto não tranca a porta, e as janelas TB não tem trava o que faz com que a pessoa não sinta segurança em deixar as coisas ao sAir do hostel.
