Gostei bastante da localização, pois fica a poucos metros do centro. A equipe também é muito prestativa e atenciosa. O lugar é muito bonito com vista para um verde maravilhoso. Os quartos são bem espaçosos e a cozinha também, fazendo com que seja confortável transitar no chalé.
Bem, no quarto na parede da cama estava com mofo e isso incomodou bastante durante o sono. O controle da TV não pegava bem. Na cozinha a bucha de lavar os pratos estava bastante gasta e não havia uma faca maior para cortar carnes (apesar que pedi ao anfitrião e ele trouxe uma).
