Great location - easy access to most tourist venues, underground and restaurants. The staff were incredibly responsive - always following up quickly. Even when I had issues late at night, the staff was so responsive. Much appreciated!
We were on the 3rd floor and taking the narrow stairs each time was a bit challenging, esp when taking luggage. Not for the feint of heart.

It was comfortable and spacious in a great location.
The appliances were confusing but that’s just because I’m an American and our appliances are different.

The Fitzrovia area is a nice central location to many sites and amenities. We did not cook at the flat but it had pots and pans available for use if we wanted.
We were expecting a walk up to our flat, we had not expected laundry and extra cleaning items all along the stairway making the task of negotiating the stairs with suitcases a tad difficult.
