Propreté de l’appartement, beaucoup de choses à disposition, pratique par rapport à l’emplacement (proche d’une grande station de métro + des commerces), climatisé, très grand, petite terrasse très agréable à l’abri du bruit

Chambre côté rue un tout petit bruyante

We loved the snacks that were left for us upon our arrival. The place was clean and very modern. The beds were comfortable and it was centrally located to shopping and coffee shops!

There was some confusion about how to lock the front door, the lights in one of the bathrooms didn’t work and it would have been helpful to understand how to work the lights.

The apartment is very nice, big, modern, clean and with snacks when you check in. The kitchen has everything you may need and the beds are very comfortable.

I travelled for business reasons to London. I asked for the invoice right after doing the reservation. The owner told me she would do it. Afterwards, I insisted she gave me the invoice, she never did it and ignored my request many times. I have had many problems in my company because of this.

The location, well equipped flat and comfortable furniture

Three things: 1 The landlady's way of communication and treatment as if we are not guests and already paid for our stay. She uses rough language and at the end she says this is a house not a hotel. 2 She describes the flat on booking.com as a ground floor flat whereas, it is an basement floor,with three rooms and one of the bedrooms is two twin beds and this is not right in both cases. 3. Chick out at 10:00 am and the house keeping will open the door on you if you still inside All these orders came out after we paid for our stay , otherwise we wouldn't booked this flat.
