The location was superb and the house was spacious and comfortable for all 10 members of our family -6 adults and 4 young children

As with prior guests we felt that the house needs a much better clean -especially the floors which were dirty. We also felt that the lack of bath or shower gel in any of the bathrooms was odd given the rent being charged

Beautiful location , very spacious

It was disappointing that the house floors were very dirty. The vacuum cleaner did not work properly, and the mop needs to be replaced.

The property was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. Views were amazing and location was perfect for our trip.

The property had a broken door handle and multiple blocked drains - we had a handy man and plumber staying with us so we sorted it out but it was an inconvenience, especially for the price we paid. Also the floors could have been cleaner/mopped as there was dirt underfoot on arrival and dirty socks from walking around the inside floors. There were also a few dirty marks on the quilts on the beds.

Property itself is fine, best part is the open living room and balcony

Upon arrival, we had immediate concerns regarding the cleanliness of the house—particularly the beds. The bed sheets appeared unwashed, as we found hair and dirt on them. To feel comfortable enough to sleep, we had to wash and dry the sheets ourselves. Additionally, the pillows were in poor condition—extremely dirty and even mouldy. As a result, we felt it necessary to purchase our own pillows and pillowcases from Kmart. The floors were dirty, there was mould on the walls, under the beds and spiders throughout the house, all of which added to our discomfort. This was especially disappointing as we had chosen this property to celebrate a special occasion. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness.
