About this house rental
Bluewater Splendour, the ultimate beach home, is the perfect holiday duplex for all the family, extended family, and couples to enjoy the best holiday they could imagine. A 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with amazing views and with features such as a lift, a heated infinity pool and ducted air conditioning plus more. The large duplex accommodates up to14 (MAX 10 adults).
All three balconies boast water views, with the top balcony off the living area having the wow factor of 180 degree views over Port Stephens. You’ll never want to leave but if you do, this home is a short walk to beautiful Wanda Beach, Shops, Cafes and Restaurants.
Bluewater Splendour is a luxurious property that includes your own private heated infinity pool. The property has three amazing outdoor covered entertaining areas, decorated with comfortable furniture and with the gas BBQ on the top level and another BBQ on the pool level, so socialising with family and friends will be enjoyable.
There are three living areas, with modern furnishings, and large screen TVs in each, Wi-Fi and Foxtel and the duplex has ducted air conditioning throughout.
The main bedroom is located on the top level and has a king bed with a single trundle, walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite with a luxurious free standing spa bath as well as a balcony with views over Wanda Beach. The second bedroom is also located on the top level and has a queen bed, direct ensuite access to the main bathroom which is also fitted with handles for the aged and less mobile. The third bedroom is located on the middle level and has a king bed and a trundle bed which opens onto the balcony with its own magnificent views. The fourth bedroom also located on the middle level and has two single beds with a trundle bed under each. On the lower level living area there is a queen size sofa bed ($100 per stay).
The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a five burner gas cook-top, large electric oven, dishwasher and side by side fridge with ice maker. There is a double lock up garage and extra level car spaces for two more cars, as well as easy level off street parking for your boat.
PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM - 10 ADULTS. The sofa bed and extra four trundles can be used upon application to accommodate total maximum guest of 14 including children. Trundles are for children only.

BOND - $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOL/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

The property really lives up to its name. Everything from the home itself to the heated pool, views and facilities were outstanding.We stayed with family, including my sister and her child, and the lift was incredibly handy for getting luggage and supplies upstairs when we arrived. It was also a big novelty for the kids, they loved it.The heated infinity pool was easily the best part. It felt like a warm bath, the kids absolutely loved it and it was perfect for the time of year.The views are simply breathtaking. Waking up to them each morning is something special and you could never get tired of them.The property was absolutely spotless on arrival and very well maintained throughout.There were more beds than we expected, with most bedrooms having a trundle and extra bedding. This gave us plenty of flexibility with the kids and would be great if we came back with a bigger group.The kitchen had everything we needed. The only small suggestion would be to have better quality, larger wine glasses and a few more of them to match a property of this standard.The management company was great. We have stayed in other properties managed by Stay Port Stephens and have always had a great experience.There is plenty of space in the property with multiple living areas, lounges and TVs. We didn’t use them much, but it would be perfect for families who want separate areas for kids.The BBQ was clean and worked well. For a property of this size, a larger one could be a nice upgrade down the track, but it did the job and was no big deal.A couple of small notes for the management team, the WiFi was very slow and needs looking at, and the garage remote was not working, although the wall button opened it without any issues.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again.

On arrival we were stunned by the beautiful views and expanse of the home. Amazing views and large entertaining area, great for our family get together.The property needs some extra cleaning ...there is crockery that is cracked or chipped,The fridge has an ice maker which DOES NOT WORK (We phoned the agent and reported this which had been previously noted but not fixed upon our arrival) Fly screens on the door leading to the patio on the top floor require repairs (see photo) ,The FOB opener for the roller door did not work (?? Needs a new battery)Cobwebs around cornices and dusty skirting boards in many placesToilet seat in top floor double room is loose and in need of repair.On arrival we found the cleaner had left an empty toilet roll and her cleaning gloves on the side table near the garage enterance...NOT the best welcome to the house.We found all hard floors were gritty and rather dusty.
