It’s small but adequate for a base when up in the mountains. The accommodation was clean comfortable. It has a great location. It’s very close to restaurants and the Aiguille du Midi.

The apartment benefits from a great central location, close to Chamonix Sud bus station and within easy reach of the town. The shower was also very good.

The bathroom had a persistent damp and drain smell each morning, and again when returning after being out all day, which was quite unpleasant. A number of the amenities were also disappointing. The toaster did not work, the coffee machine was unreliable, and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel every movement, to the point that we ended up sleeping on the floor to get any rest. The pillows offered little to no support, and by the end of the week we were left with sore necks and aching backs. The WiFi was poor at best, which made the TV effectively unusable unless you are happy watching constant buffering. Finally, whilst the apartment is in a great central location in a lovely square with several bars, it is worth noting that this does mean it can be quite noisy late into the night. Combined with the lack of comfort from the bedding, this may not suit those looking for a quieter stay or a restful night’s sleep.
