Beautiful cottage, lovely outdoors

The location was perfect for us, with a courtyard and stream in the garden, and nearby great walks and views. Kitchen facilities were excellent too with even a full size fridge freezer so could buy a tub of ice cream. & All very nice and cosy.
Parking can be an issue if shared driveway space is already taken. And is limited in the Island with neighbours saying you can't park where stated, as their spaces on this public highway.
Staircase is floating & feels a bit fragile, with toilet in the downstairs shower room. But mind your head with low internal doorway through to kitchen!

The location of the property is exceptional. Most necessities were provided for. Kitchen was well equipped. The stream at the back of the house is a beautiful feature.
The bathroom had mould and the shower doors didn’t shut properly. The basin was difficult to use because of the glass shelf above.

Great central location
Not very clean. Appreciate that old properties are harder, but as previous guests stated cobwebs by sockets, mildew and peeling paint in bathroom
