FIRST LINE Villa Floor Studio Apartment with amazing sea view Air Conditioned just 50m from the beach

Location was great, sea view excellent and balcony was large enough for sun beds.

Advertised as a one bedroom apartment but was more like a studio as it was all in one. Decor was outdated (yellow woodchip paper on walls). There were no instructions for the TV as to how to change the language to English as every channel was either Spanish or German.

Vriendelijke hosts die ons persoonlijk ontvingen. Echt super proper appartement met een mooie rustige ligging in het toch drukkere Adeje. Alles wat je nodig hebt binnen handbereik, handig om een grote supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat te hebben. Zeer proper en steeds rustig verwarmd zwembad. Mooi uitzicht over de oceaan.

Niets erg, maar een vaatwasser zou ook handig geweest zijn.

The Hosts were fantastic, they met us to handover and collect the keys and even offered us a late check out when they knew or flight was later. The apartment was spotless and the balcony was superb, the full size sunbeds on the balcony was a fantastic extra, air con was also great. Beds were super comfy and the location was fantastic we will definitely be returning.

There was maintenance work going on in the corridor during our 10 day stay which was a bit messy but this could not have been helped by the hosts and it didn't really impact our stay other than being a bit dusty walking to the apartment.

The property is just perfect for couples. Firstly the hosts were so lovely and greeted us right at the front door. The studio was the perfect size for us and the beds were really comfortable. We were glad we had the option of a ceiling fan or air con as sometimes during the night it got a little stuffy. Everything was really clean and well kept. We loved the terrace area especially when the weather was nice. To top it off, the location was amazing, no hills to climb! And very central with surprisingly minimal noise within the studio. Overall we would stay here again in the future.

The only thing that would be nice is if some basic cleaning products were provided i.e. an anti-bacterial spray for surfaces. Other than that the property was perfect.
