*** Will rent nightly, any 3 night minimum, all summer long!! ***Enjoy this spacious 1200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just steps to the beach and close to shopping, Seacrets, and the Convention Center. Accommodations for 6 include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs, VCR/DVD, and FREE Wi-Fi. Condo features recent updates including new fans, refrigerator with ice maker, and coffee maker (drip & K-Cup). Central A/C and parking for 2 cars. Non-smoking, no pets. Occupancy 6. Please note – sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Property was nice. Clean and definitely accommodating for the 8 of us. Literally steps from the beach. We had to drive to the boardwalk but surprisingly were able to find paid parking and occasionally some for free. Parking spaces are tight and low overhead clearance should be noted on the description. We had thankfully called and inquired ahead of time and were prepared with what to do with ours. One thing that I am so glad I checked on.....the check-in place closed at 5, we arrived at 5:30. I did not get any call or email about checking in and how that process worked. Luckily I called at 4:30 and found out what to do, I don't know what we would have done if I hadn't called. We probably would have had to get hotel rooms somewhere for the night. Once there we had a great week and are very pleased with our choice.

My friends and I had our yearly reunion at the sea locker and enjoyed our time there! Could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, but that’s the only complaint! Everything else was wonderful
