This carefully renovated cottage for two people in the countryside is the ideal base for exploring the Coëvrons region. Don't miss the charming towns of Sainte Suzanne and Saulges (with their caves and Prehistory Museum), Montaigu, the Charnie forest, Tertre-Ganne, and the Erve valley. Nearby, numerous hiking and trail running routes wind through rolling green landscapes of meadows, woods, and forests.
Located in a peaceful setting, you'll be soothed by birdsong and charmed by the beautiful garden of Jocelyne and Jacky, the owners. All amenities are available in Sainte Suzanne, 5 km away (grocery store, restaurant, bakery, etc.). Further shops can be found in Evron, 11 km away. Ground floor cottage for 2 people - LEVEL 0: 24 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen (3 gas burners and 1 electric burner, electric oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender), lounge with sofa bed, coffee table, television - 13 m² bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers - 4 m² bathroom with shower, sink, towel warmer, hairdryer - Separate WC.
Wi-Fi - Washing machine - Private parking - Small terrace in front of the house with table and chairs, 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue. Unfenced 3-hectare wooded property with a growing forest.
