Small independent charming house, 40 m², sleeps 4, completely renovated with closed garage in a very quiet environment with a preserved bocage nature.
Located between 2 forests open to the public, with a large number of marked trails, and close to the tourist activities of the Sarthe and Mayenne (ex. Le Mans and its circuit, Sillé-le Guillaume, the forest and the lake, Ste Suzanne and Poillé sur Vègre, medieval cities, La Flèche and the zoo, etc....)
Bikers are welcome as well as riders (stopover gîte with enclosed pastures) and, we speak English.
