The unit was spacious and clean exactly as advertised.
It was difficult to find when we arrived after dark. They need to give some detailed directions inside the complex. Vacasa management only gives one pillow per bed and 3 on a king bed. They were old flat pillows and all 4 of us were 2 pillow sleepers so we all had a terrible first night’s sleep. We called the next day and they sent someone over with more pillows for us and we happy the rest of the stay!

The condo itself was great. No water view, as promised, but other than that, it was large, well-furnished and appealing. There were even water toys and a beach umbrella for us to use. The master bedroom had access to the screened lanai, and a bathroom with both a Jacuzzi tub AND a shower; very nice. The lanai was the best feature, which allowed us to sit outside, among the trees, and allowed my friend to smoke and me to not suffer from it. We faced the water, and we knew it was out there, but you couldn't actually see it. Oh, well...at night you wouldn't have been able to see it anyway! Oops! I almost forgot! The unit had what amounted to a private swimming pool! There is a main pool towards the front of the property that everyone can see and use. But up on the second floor, towards the rear, there's a second pool which no one knows about unless they're staying at that level and area of the property. The 4 times we used it, there was not another soul there. AND it was heated to the perfect temperature. That was a nice bonus. We liked that a lot.
The management company left a lot to be desired. Once I figured out which phone number and prompts to use, I was able to talk to a human, so that was reassuring. (You need to make it into an emergency just to get info, but the main office worked 24/7 so that was good.) Too bad I had to call them so often! First, the code for the front door was not the one they sent me, so there were a few tense minutes getting in. Luckily they put a key in a nearby lockbox, so we used that for access. Then the wifi wasn't working, but after I called about that, it got better, so I assumed they fixed it. It took about 4 hours to get resolved, and the main office had to send a work-order to the local folks, who we never heard from. They were supposed to leave a parking permit in the unit, which was MIA. We called about that, too, and within an hour one emerged from under our door. It just would've been nice to not have to waste our limited time on these housekeeping issues. They gave us a local phone number for assistance, which no one ever answered or responded to, so I just called the main Vacasa number as needed. Finally, as a last screw up, they notified us that we could have an extended check out, which we would have opted for. Too bad they didn't mention it until about 4 pm on the evening before, so that by the time I responded, the offer had expired. That was disappointing. I'd say the issues we had mostly had to do with no onsite management and I'll think twice about renting from a remote company again, although I don't think it was obvious at the beginning of the process that that was the situation in this instance.

property was very close to beach and restaurants. we had trouble getting into the property because of lick code issue but later it was resolved. the property didn’t had any internet out of 4 days stay we didn’t had internet. after our complaint it got fixed after 2 days. other wise we enjoyed the stay and the property.
please make sure you resolve all the issues before the guest arrives
