The apartment was spacious and well equipped and has a beautiful terrasse with great panorama over the sea. The owner is very friendly and looked after our needs. You just walk down the stairs and can jump into the water or take a 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach. You can walk miles on the shore in both directions along the riviera.
it had a few annoying features like the complicated lock on the entrance door and the airconditioner's outer unit was extremely loud and the device barely cooled down one room.

Balcony plus big terrace at the entrance, stairway down to the sea/ small beach nearby. Quiet part of Podaca, walking distance to Brist too.
The kitchen and bath are very small, no posibility to sit and eat inside. Water piping has leaks, needs to be repaired.
