Дуже близько до моря: 2 хвилини - і ви вже на пляжі. Ґанок помешкання в затінку, і не нагрівається навіть у пікові сонячні години (принаймні у вересні). Є зона барбекю, кавоварка, багато посуду і посудомийна машина, але варто брати зі собою ніж, якщо плануєте готувати їжу самостійно або купувати кавун))
Додаткова оплата за кондиціонер. Ми не користувалися, бо у вересні не було спекотно у помешканні, але, думаю, це не варто виділяти в окрему послугу при такій вартості за це житло.
