Kedves házigazdák, közeli, nagyszerű tengerpart, csendes környék. Nagy alapterületű apartman, három különálló hálószobával, elegendő szekrénnyel, saját külső terasszal, grillezővel. Száz méterre halsütöde és friss hal árusítás, pár száz méterre kiváló hentes.
Régimódi bútorzat. Kényelmetlen ágyak, a matracon néhány centis habszivaccsal matracvédő gyanánt. Az étkezőben hét székből három rozoga, szétesőben. A régen cserére szoruló zuhanyfülkén penészfoltok. A szobaajtók nehezen záródnak, ideje lenni mázolni is azokat. Szúnyogháló csak a fürdőszoba ablakán van. A gépkocsi lehajtó mellett nincs korlát, balesetveszélyes, főleg gyermekek számára. A parkolónak nincs teteje, nem véd a naptól. A hűtőszekrény nem nofrost, ha többen használják, gyorsan eljegesedik és nem hűt rendesen.
