Beautiful beach location.

The location was amazing. Right on a beautiful, quiet beach. Umbrellas and seats were provide. A nice restaurant within a few minutes' walk. Very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great with a separate kitchen area.

The room was on the 3rd floor, so it's not great if you have mobility issues.

The sea and the beach are exceptional. The water is clear. The beach is not crowded. The owners are super friendly and helpful people. Beach equipment and the catamaran were included in our stay without extra charge.The Pansion is white clean and tidy. We were able to use the washing machine without extra charge. Bepo cooked the fish for us which we bought in the supermarket. Supermarket Lidl was recommended by Sonia is a great. Full of fresh fish and seafood as well as steaks and local meat. Lokal restourans were also excellent. One time our microwave was broken. So we got the new one on the very next day. In general, it was our best vacation ever. Next time we take a room with the view. This time we booked too late so the room was with the garden view. But was still ok as we spent most time outside on the beach and in the terasse.

Clean, comfortable, and had a fabulous view with a private beach.

I loved that what was advertised is exactly what we got. The location was amazing! Free parking, an excellent air conditioner, friendly owners, and a private beach! Breakfast was really good and dinner was great! Fresh seafood caught that morning and served that evening.

I was very grateful that we had an air conditioner, but I didn’t love that it blows directly on you while in bed.

Relaxed family run hotel in the most beautiful location

Everything was perfect. The location could not have been better - absolute beach front with easy parking and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Our host was the most lovely person who had chats with us about her family and explained the local olive oil business to us. We were served a home cooked breakfast (12E) which was so tasty. Comfortable beds, clean areas and beautifully decorated. Couldn’t fault anything!

Pension Franka - a great place for family holliday

We were in Franka for holliday with my wife, our 3 yrs old son, and my wifes mother. Traveling by car from Slovakia. The place is easy to find and with a good location hidden from the sounds of the city, its a place to relax with your family, but still if you want to have night life, Gradac is 3km far away by beautiful walk at the beach or minutes by car. The owners Sonia and Joško with their daughters vere very nice to us and helped with everything. The place was clean and you get housekeeping every day. When we asked, they did breakfast for us (my son loved the pancakes) and dinner the grilled fish or meat was excellent. There is a small shop in the house, vhere you can get local olive oil and wine provided by Joško. We had a 75m2 apt with 2 bedroms , kitchen and all the stuff you need (washing machine, dishwasher etc). We were lucky to get a large terrance with seaview as well :) ! The location is great for sports (road cycling and running). Biokovo mountains is very close. I ran every day - you can run at the beach or up the main road or mountains. It was a pity i left my road bike home, the main roads are nice and clean early in the morning. In general, it was a great family holliday, we all loved it and we will for sure come back some day! :)

It was an absolute Paradise. The location and view was out of this world. Amazing hosts! We basically met whole family of hosts and they were all extremely friendly to us and our puppy:-) We will definitely be back and already looking forward to it. Thank you Franka!

Best place in country !

The place of the apartment was just awesome, beach 20 meters from entrace , nice and quiet place. In the room was everything what you need, even for cooking. Nice and clean bed. You can buy home made olive oils right in the house for great price with lot of pressents for free. Just a paradise, even for famillies with children. Thank you so much for great 3 nights ;)

Die Lage ist wenn man am Strand sein will absolut top. Ruhig und 5 Meter bis zum Wasser. Sehr nette und neue hilfsbereite Leute.
