Clean and comfortable modern room. Right in the centre of Chamonix but still off to a side street. Spectacular views of the mountain from the room. Shelf space in the rooms were really helpful to store smaller items was an excellent touch Staff were really lovely and friendly. 10/10

nothing!

Rooms are quite small and the breakfast buffet is subpar. On top of this, we were exhausted after a long day of hiking and wanted to rest, but they had a DJ playing loud music from the terrace (which could be heard from our rooms) until 22:40. I had to call the reception twice and later the police. The mere fact that the hotel itself inconveniences guests in this manner and disrupts their peace and quiet is ludicrous. Perhaps some people may not be bothered about this, but for the price you pay here, you can find MUCH better in the same area. I know, because we booked a different hotel for the same price range a coupe of night later and it was a COMPLETELY different experience, which reaffirmed for me that the value for money in Cosmiques is quite low. There's no advantage to staying here. If it was cheaper, OK. But it's within the same price range as much better hotels in the area.
