The hotel is located in the heart of the downtown Chamonix, right next to the only supermarket in Chamonix and the No 1 bus stop. Room is clean. The staffs were nice and the breakfast was very good.
Our room happened to be facing the next building which is under the construction right now. It had a heat wave when we arrived. We could not open the window to cool off the room.

Perfect location right in the heart of Chamonix. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. We stored our luggage there for 10 days while hiking the TMB, and everything was kept safe.
The room and the bathroom sink were extremely small. No elevator.

Nice bedding, central location to the train and the cable car. The staff are very happy for assistance for luggage and the use of microwave and for any tips
