The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the city center, yet parallel to it, so it remains a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The beds were also very comfortable, which we appreciated.

The kitchen setup was disappointing. There is barely any room to prepare food, and the electric hob was incredibly slow. We were also frustrated by a floor in one of the bedrooms that squeaked like crazy, and the locker doors in the bedroom wouldn't shut properly, causing us to accidentally bump into them at night. Additionally, electrical outlets are only available on one side of the queen bed. Because there is no A/C, it got quite hot during the local heatwave. Finally, please provide basic amenities like hand soap and salt. Leaving only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people on a 4-day stay is not serious for a premium residence.

Excellant location - only 2-3 minutes walk to town centre and also SNCF station and Montenvers railway station. Aigule du Midi cable car about 10 minutes easy walk

2 bed apartment (for a max of 6 people) was very small and dark. Virtually no hanging or storage space. We used the 2nd bedroom as a suitcase store / storage area - I am not sure how you would manage with 4+ people and all their kit, presumably put it all on the balcony. Found dirty cups in the kitchenette on our arrival. Our flat did not face the courtyard (with a view) but faced the main road with traffic noise, etc. It is not always possible to book on-site parking but there is a free car park nearby (if you can find a space). They may market the place as "premium" but it is not.

The rooms were chalet styled with plenty of character and the facilities like the sauna were a great touch. Underground parking which is chargeable is a must as parking around there is restricted. Set across from the rail station and at the base of the high street makes it ideally located. Views of the mountains are awesome.

It was a great location! I booked the facility based off the view from a photo. When were were given our room I was disappointed becusee that view didn’t exist. I mentioned it to the staff meme er checking us in and he was accommodating and changed our room to a wonderful view of Mont Blanc.

We barely had a full roll of toilet paper to start our stay. So the morning we checked out we literally were toilet paperless. With 5 people in a room I would think one extra roll would be safe and there were only 4 towels provided.
