    Highly recommend Staff are friendly and helpful. The room cleans with the perfect view. We spent 4 nights there and definitely visit again.

    Location is great but that's all about it. Very noisy overnight, worn down building, tea/coffee in corridor (not in the room) meaning you can hear every time someone makes tea from your very thin door. Lift is noisy and can disrupt your sleep. And if you open your balcony door by mistake overnight if noise doesn't disturb you, food smell especially 3am onwards will get you. I have stayed in many hotels in Alps and I know the expectations but this was probably the worst. Breakfast also is mediocre at best .
