Perfect location and layout!
A few appliances where broken but i made the manager aware upon arrival.

Direct access to the beach
no parking pass provided, almost got towed
-told to put a note on windshield telling person to get out our spot
-moldy spot in shower ceiling
-double bed tv: no tv or streaming
-trash can?
-dirty shower (soap & loofahs left behind, hairy)
-main TV doesn’t work, no directions provided
-broken deck chair
