We are central to John's Pass and Indian Rocks. We are located right on the Gulf Blvd Trolley Line which services all Gulf Beaches of Pinellas County. We are a quick walk to several restaurants, beach bars, shopping and other tourist attractions!

40 minute drive to Tampa International Airport
60 minute drive to Sarasota International Airport

The location was excellent, but the condo was a disappointment. It just looked kinda sad. The baseboards were scruffy and old looking. The kitchen sink was dirty and was one of the first things we cleaned. It hadn't been scrubbed in a while - just rinsed, apparently. When we arrived there was a flood of water in the hallway - I guess from the cleaning people so we mopped and dried the hallway floor. It appears that there have been some upgrades made to the unit, but things like the doorstops were loose and hanging down. The two smaller bathrooms actually had veneer loose from the door frames. One of our party got caught in the bathroom when the loose veneer got hung up on the door frame. We will come back to this area, but not to this condo.
