We are central to John's Pass and Indian Rocks. We are located right on the Gulf Blvd Trolley Line which services all Gulf Beaches of Pinellas County. We are a quick walk to several restaurants, beach bars, shopping and other tourist attractions!
30 minute drive to Clearwater/St Pete Airport
40 minute drive to Tampa International Airport
60 minute drive to Sarasota International Airport

The view was awesome! The beach was outstanding, really clean and comfortable to walk on. The office staff was extremely helpful and prompt with any questions we had. Something else we loved is that there were many restaurants within walking distance but also the trolley comes by regularly so we were able to go further without the expense of an Uber. The unit itself was stocked with everything that could be expected. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again!

This was a great beach rental property. The property management was very communicative from beginning to end. They texted me on our check-in day, to inform us the rental was ready early, and that the apartment was open with keys and parking passes inside. The apartment had 3 good-sized bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice, but slightly under-stocked. We ended up getting more TP too. The living room area was a little small, but it tied nicely with the dining area. At one point we 9 people there and no comfort issues. Our 5th floor Gulf-view balcony is where we spent much of our time! The AC worked great. The pool was nice with good shady areas. We cooked burgers one night on the communal grills. A beautiful beach was right out the gate! There was a coffee shop and convenient store right across the street. Lots of nice places to eat very close. Madeira Beach and John's Pass were just minutes away. This section of the coastline is much quieter than Clearwater or St. Pete beaches. We would definitely stay at this place again!

The building and condo are older but what was important to us was the accessibility to beachfront! We had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony! So if you can forego having a newer, more updated condo this will do! A short uber to St Petes for restaurants and shopping! Great Breakfast spot just down the road and worth going to!
