Location and price. Great communication and very helpful insight. The space was also fitting for us.
It would have been helpful for a few handy items at the property especially having young children like an extra bin bags, salt, washing up liquid. We would like to contribute to keep the house clean! We've left some salt for the next person :)

Cazarea a fost peste asteptari. Camerele spatioase si curate, bucatarie dotata cu lucruri necesare pt a-ti gati in caz ca ai nevoie iar in curte este si un gratar, pe care l-am folosit intr-una din seri. Zona este linistita, ferita de zgomotul masinilor de pe DN. Proprietara, desi nu ne-am intalnit face to face, a fost draguta si am comunicat prin mesaje.

Comfortable, very warm even if outside there were 2°C, well equipped kitchen, we even had spices and some ingredients for cooking. Also, the privacy was a plus, we had the house to ourselves and enjoyed every comfort.
The narrow street, but the neighbors are very nice and responsive and moved their cars whenever we needed them to.

Parking, but this is a general problem everywhere in Sinaia/Ro. You need to adapt to the local conditions.
